Gentle Hope Services was founded to provide vital support to Worcester’s seniors and disabled community members by tackling everyday errands that can present major obstacles. We offer a strictly non-medical, no-entry service model to preserve clients’ privacy and security while still addressing critical needs.

Unlike large agencies with rigid minimums, our approach values client flexibility—we operate on a simple one-hour minimum and focus solely on tasks such as grocery shopping, prescription pick-ups, post office and dry-cleaning runs, and gift deliveries. Our knowledgeable, compassionate team bridges the gap between independence and necessary assistance for those we serve. We strive to do so with dignity, reliability, and a neighborly perspective.
